What I did
I led the design of this project, worked with cross-functional teams to make our PDF.online experience more accessible for users. I was responsible for both strategies and execution: defining scope and metrics with project managers, crafting strings and pixels, and working with engineers to ship.
I conducted competitive research, created journey maps, hi-fi mocks and validated the designs with stakeholders and internal teams. We published the first version on Chrome Web Store in Q1 of 2022.

Be part of the browser experience
With the Chrome Extension, users can easily access the most popular document processing tools via the extension menu. Users can set it as the default document viewer in Chrome, in addition to viewing the documents, relevant features are immediately ready to be used.
Guided workflow from start to finish
The default document viewer is the center of user productivity. Starting from viewing, to content editing, to managing and converting edited documents via continuous actions, the guided experience help users to work with documents from start to finish.
Google Drive and Gmail integration to boost productivity (V2)
This project is still a work-in-progress, I can’t share any proprietary information at this moment.
